CANCELLATION POLICY
After Customer orders the merchandise and cancels order before merchandise leaving the premises, a 15% Cancellation fee will be charged on cancelled orders.
30-DAY ELIGIBILITY
Must be reported to our Email within 30 days with a receipt to obtain repair or exchange. Delivery or pick up for any item is free of charge. Parts and labor that are free of charge in case an appliance is defective by nature of production.
Please register warranty online within 30days from purchase Date. Without Registering the Warranty Within 30 days, the warranty will become invalid.
ALL WORK performed on this appliance by the customer or another company will void of all warranties.
LIMITED WARRANTY
One Year WARRANTY from a third party commencing from the date of the purchase invoice.
NO manufacturer warranties. Details refer to Invoice. Please read the third party warranty terms carefully, they may charge some fees.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
No warranty on water filters, cosmetic parts, such as but not limited to, glass cook tops, glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, tanks, tubs, baskets, structural parts, doors, door liners, insulation, shelves, hardware, hoses, ice trays, water lines, inlets, recalled units/parts, etc. Details refer to Invoice.
Self-Pickup
For customers that pick up the appliances by self, please arrange your own help to load the appliances. Our store employees cannot assist with the loading due to safety concerns.
